In person we are willing to fully explain insurance paperwork & process and coach you in best practices to get the most out of your claim by using critical terminology. We will also coach you in dealing with your adjuster and their process.
Are you licensed and insured?
We are License, Insured, & Bonded. The License we carry is a KB-1 General Contractors License which allows us to perform work both on Commercial & Residential homes and through our construction partners we can put together package deals which includes Solar, HVAC, Plumbing, Painting, and so much more.

What type of warranty do you offer?
Our Workmanship Warranties range from 2yrs - 20yrs depending on roof applications. Ask us about how to extend your warranties.
Are there limits on warranties?
Warranties cover workmanship and material defects per manufacturer specifications. Warranties do not cover damage caused by third-party installations, extreme weather events, improper maintenance, or pre-existing structural issues not related to our scope of work.

How soon can you start working on my project?

At Reality Roofing, every project is backed by decades of hands-on experience and a deep understanding of what it takes to build in Arizona’s climate. Founded by licensed contractor David Porter, the company was born from a passion for quality craftsmanship and a commitment to helping Tucson homeowners protect what matters most.
David Porter
David is the owner and hands-on leader of Reality Roofing. He brings over two decades of deep industry experience, having begun his career in roofing in 1995 as an installer. From 1995 to 2012, David personally installed a wide range of roofing systems—including custom and complex builds—giving him a level of firsthand expertise that few owners or sales professionals can match.
Raised as the son of a builder, David learned early the value of hard work and the importance of building quality homes. His background isn’t limited to construction—he also spent time serving as a pastor and missionary, overseeing community development projects on the Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota.
In 2017, David and his family relocated to Tucson, where he and his son Elijah spent several years managing a roofing department for a larger company. Their work extended beyond roofing to include HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and painting—experience that helped round out David’s construction expertise. Now, with the support of his wife Tiffani and their family, he’s proud to bring a fresh perspective to Tucson homeowners through Reality Roofing.
David holds a KB-1 General Contractor’s License, allowing him to lead both residential and commercial projects.
